Traditional Mongolian Music. During our “Help for Heroes“ H4H Horse Riding Challenge we visited Kharkhorum, the ancient capital of Mongolia. The ethnic traditional Mongolian group “Kharkhorum“ consists of talented musicians who perform a variety of songs including throat singing (khumei), long songs, short songs and solo performances on the moriin khuur (horse head fiddle), yatga (zither), yoochin (dulcimer) and a Mongolian contortionist.
