Fallout - Master’s Ending Speech // Talking Head in 4K & 60FPS

Remastered video to 4K and 60FPS. Please read the description!!! :) • This is NOT playable version - for now and maybe ever. • This is only to show what simple AI upscale with some cleaning could do. It is totally unofficial. • The work is combination of cleaning, upscaling and frame interpolation.
