Russian baby-faced thief of baby kangaroos caught

A 31yo man with a baby face and small height has been arrested after somehow using his appearance to steal three baby kangaroos from a safari park and zoo in central Russia. Two of the joeys were rescued but one unfortunately died. The Russian Investigative Committee has opened criminal cases into the thefts
