This very nice Female Fronted AOR ballad ’Chances“’ is taken from the MEGA RARE album OUTLAND - “Outland“ 1991. a band from South Africa with the awesome voice from Niki Smart ! another band member is Myles Shannon, but I don’t have much info from this band (only front / back cover CD). Hope Niki can tell me more !
