Powder bed metal Additive Manufacturing simulation with Dawn-AM

Our discrete element model is able to simulate the selective laser melting process of metal additive manufacturing. The model is developed by Bram Dorussen for the FieldLab Multi-Material 3D printing project. The video is made by Marwan Aarab. This project is part of the FieldLab Multi-Material 3D printing, funded by BOM (Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij) and the Province of Brabant.
