EMDIVITY - GOODBYE [Premiere 2022]

EMDIVITY is a name that today is known far beyond the borders of Ukraine. A duo of talented sound producers was formed in 2018 to create modern and relevant trance and deep house music. Still, later their aspirations and creative ambitions expanded significantly. The founders of the band - Maksym Dovnich and Vitaly Tikhomirov - were ardent fans of EDM (electronic dance music) and active members of the community for almost half their conscious life. Ultimately, they joined forces to create an alternative to the primitive club sound and prove that electronic music is not just a soundtrack for nightclubbing but a self-sufficient type of musical art. In a short time, their tracks began to attract the general public’s attention, and in 2021 EMDIVITY’s song “Slow Down“ was included in the official soundtrack of Netflix’s original film. With this song, the band entered the top 50 most popular songs on Spotify in France and Italy, as well as the Spotify Viral Chart in several countries at once: Germany, Switzerland, India, the Netherlands, and Ireland (the Viral Chart includes songs that are more actively distributed than others in social networks). The track itself has garnered more than 8 million streams on Spotify alone. It was actively shazamed (searched using the Shazam app) all over the world, thanks to which “Slow Down“ entered the Shazam Charts in its native Ukraine and other European countries, as well as in Brazil and Turkey. This is how EMDIVITY received international recognition and realized the goal they set for themselves at the very beginning of their creative journey. In the future, the band will continue to independently produce and release tracks in their unique style: this is 100% EDM music, which, however, can appeal even to those who have never considered themselves electronic music fans. The thing is that EMDIVITY writes songs according to the signature recipe: they have depth, interesting melodies, and a rich palette of sounds that quickly make the listener put the track on repeat in headphones, but at the same time, these tracks work out well on the dance floor. “Goodbye“ - EMDIVITY’s new composition, the world premiere of which took place today - once again confirms all of the above.
