Дети тундры

Это лента о детях ненцев, кочевого народа Крайнего Севера. Ненцы разводят оленей и постоянно следуют за их стадами. Но в тундре нет школ, а дети должны учиться. На девять месяцев родители вынуждены отправлять их в город, в школы-интернаты. Часто маленькие кочевники сбегают оттуда домой — к чумам, нехитрой еде и северным оленям. Однако найти путь к стойбищу могут не все. Беглецы бродят по холодным бескрайним равнинам вдали от населённых пунктов. Нередки трагедии, когда дети замерзают насмерть. ========================================================= Children of the tundra This is a film about the children of the Nenets, the nomadic people of the Far North. The Nenets breed reindeer and constantly follow their herds. But there are no schools in the tundra, and children have to study. For nine months, parents are forced to send them to the city, to boarding schools. Often, little nomads run away from there home - to the plagues, simple food and reindeer. However, not everyone can find the way to the camp. Runaways roam the cold, endless plains far from settlements. Tragedies are not uncommon when children freeze to death.
