Georges Thill Sings “E Lucevan le Stelle“ (French) 1927

With very few exceptions, the great French tenor sang all his roles, even the few Wagnerian roles he did, in French. This was the custom at the Paris Opéra, where Thill spent almost the entirely of his career.
