Glazing Chocolate Melters is a chocolate melting oven designed to melt and maintain the temperature of chocolate. Inside the CarapHot there are removable carapines that can be inserted into chocolates, sauces, frostings, creams that can be used for operations such as coating ice cream on sticks, adding and decorating both homemade and soft ice cream, frozen yogurt, etc. • Capacity: 7 liters for the CarapHot One and Two - 2 liters for the Caraphot Mini. • The height of the containers is ideal for deep immersion of products: 25 cm for the CarapHot One and Two - 14 cm for the CarapHot Mini. • Removable stainless steel container. • Dry heating system, without water, both on the bottom and on the sides, to guarantee a uniform temperature. • Analog thermostat for temperature control. • Possibility to rack the CarapHot One and Two with a built-in kit.
