Nothing van beat a perfect panfried fish filet with the skin on. In this how-to video I’ll show you how to get that nice golden brown, crispy skin for any fish filet. It’s really easy!
This technique applies to all types of fish fillet. However when the fillet is a bit thicker and the skin side of the fish is already nice and crispy, you turn it around, turn the heat low and you fry it a little longer until the fish is properly cooked.
