Shang Xing Yi Basic Routine

A very good sequence of fundamental Xing Yi moves but in interesting and appropriately challenging forms. Everything pretty much based on having a strong sense of the Five Elements; these sections of a longish routine take the Xing Yi player through a pretty thorough form for practice or competition with shows many changes with a limited number of basic movements.
