SOY YA LATER HEADER... HARVEST TIME HEADACHE

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching!!! Today, we have quite the predicament. A local farmer was moving equipment from one field to another and had the large “header“ of their combine on a special trailer used for such transport. This trailer has a double pivot or is what some call a wagon-style trailer. While going down a steep, narrow, gravel hill, the header and trailer rolled over. Nobody was injured, but this isn’t going to be an easy task. The header is a specialized piece of equipment that isn’t designed to be handled the way we are going to have to handle it. It is very strong and heavy on the bottom side, which is on the ground. This is the part that attaches to the combine. The rest is mostly plastic and rubber with some gears and drives to cut and harvest the crop, which, in this case, is soybeans.
