Lesson 105: Muay Boran Low-in to High-out Kick (part 2)

The ancient Muay Thai way to combine the low-in to high-out kick can be set up in different ways. Normally, a low kick is initiated prior to throwing the follow-up high kick. In many cases, the follow-up would be upper body strikes. In this case, the follow-up is a straight kick to the chest or head, as well as, a high crescent kick. Other positions include kicking from same side or south paw positions. Play with the kicks depending on how your opponent reacts.
