The Andersson-Ulvaeus Chronology | Part 4 | 1977-1979

For some time now, the momentum of ABBA had meant less time for B&B to spend producing other artists. As such, this period does not contain any surprises. Another important change in this period was the opening of Polar’s own recording studio which enabled B&B to get pickier about what they released. In my opinion there is a considerable jump in both musical and lyrical quality from the Arrival era to this one. Gone are the likes of songs such as... well I’m not here to hate. The quality in this period is so much more consistent and mature.
