Just Stop Oil protestors throw tomato soup over Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting

ECO-warriors have chucked tomato soup over Van Gogh’s famous Sunflowers painting in their latest climate stunt. The Just Stop Oil activists also glued themselves to the wall at the National Gallery in London. Shocking video shows the two eco-zealots throwing soup over the masterpiece today. They then sit on the ground and fiddle with tubes of glue so they can stick themselves to the wall. It is understood the multi-million pound artwork is protected by a glass screen. When asked why they targeted the painting, one said: “What is worth more, art or life? “Are you more concerned about the protection of a painting or the protection of our planet and people?” They also waved the Heinz soup around and claimed families cannot afford to heat a can up.
