PVC CB making it rain

The PVC CB is a Reich/Croft hybrid cloudbuster powered by an orgone field generator with a main pipe inspired by Lakhovsky. The pipe sits about an inch and a half above the tip of the base orgonite cone mounted in the PVC. It’s this gap, along with the frequency powered field generator, that makes this unit so impressive. The satellite dish acts as a reflector and makes it easy to maneuver. Its modular design allows it to be taken apart and reassembled in a matter of minutes, making part replacement easy. Modifications include an easy to replace base orgonite and three coats of shellac on the pipe to prevent loss. This device not only blows away chemtrails and low level scum clouds but attaching a ground and positioning it in the proper direction can produce rain. A potential godsend to drought stricken areas. I chose to make it rain on Thursday because it almost guarantees a nice weekend. Besides, Mondays are bad enough without rain messing things up.
