Mysterious circles of basking sharks explained

Rarely observed circling behaviours of endangered basking sharks have now been explained as ‘shark speed dating’ courtship displays, thanks to a new study from the Marine Biological Association (MBA), the Irish Basking Shark Group and colleagues.
