ASMR PERSONAL TRAINER LOWER BACK AND SHOULDER PAIN GONE

We did a full deep tissue session to help free up areas that were feeling tight with some specific concentration on the Legs, Lower back, QL , Feet and Glutes. We worked through the Thoracolumbar fascial sheeting, Lower back tissue and Feet to help the weight distribution.
