20 Minute Full Body Deep Stretch to increase flexibility and stress relief
Happy Sunday my loves! Sundays are great to take the extra time for some deep stretches. Make sure you DON’T do this one before a workout. Before workouts I recommend doing more dynamic movements. Static stretches are great to do after a workout or in the evening to calm down your nervous system and go into a relaxed state.
