So often do we hear a man, complaining and whining about how she wronged him, or we hear a woman in a more submissive tone suggesting she’s unhappy. I wanted to do a song where a woman was mercilessly telling her boyfriend/husband that she doesn’t feel bad about the fact that she’s leaving him to find someone who treats her better.
