Armed wanted man for Child Sexual Abuse Materials, shot and killed by Conway cops

On November 20, 2023, officers with the Conway Police Department served a search warrant at 3715 Old Morrilton Highway for Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM). Prior to this date, information was received from the Homeland Security Investigations Division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security about material of this type being downloaded at this address. Detectives were able to confirm CSAM was downloaded at this address and obtained a search warrant for the residence. As officers were attempting to make entry into the home, they encountered a subject, Allen Seibert, armed with a shotgun. This incident led to a Conway Police Department officer firing at Mr. Seibert from the doorway, striking him in the chest. Officers on the scene began providing medical aid to Seibert until Pafford arrived on the scene and took over emergency medical care.
