Story begins with an intertitle: “Unlike most of the flappers we know, this one has wings.“ M/S of a man constructing a flying machine. Another man assists him in attaching a wing to his machine. C/U of the bottom of the machine as the inventor cranks a handle to start it. M/S of the machine with wings flapping. The other man struggles with the machine as it seems to want to take off.
