DIRT JUMPER BIKE BUILD SHORT FILM

For the last couple months, Nic and I have been gathering parts to build out our first dirt jumper bikes. Nic got me a Commencal Absolut frame for Christmas, and we’ve been slowly researching and purchasing pieces to help complete the bike. It’s been a fun journey. Plus, it boosted the confidence in my bike skills as I looked back and realized that I fully built my own bike. HOW COOL IS THAT! To go along with the bike build, Nic and I wanted to share the experience via media... Last week, Nic starred in a vlog where he put his skills to the test, and not everything went smooth. However, it was nice because we had it pretty dialed when we went to go build my bike. Then, Nic could also create a Dream-Build-esque video and coach me from behind the lens. While this 3-minute video doesn’t show all the hard parts of the day-long built, it was entertaining to romanticize and enjoy the processes of both building a bike and creating a rad film piece.
