I was watching the TCA09 and i realised that miley was about to hug britney for her price and she turned around and walked a away. I dont know if that should be a hug or not, but well, who knows, right?! :) AT 3:53 YOU CAN SEE HER RAISING HER HAND AND THEN PUTTING IT DOWN ! (i personally think britney ignored miley)
