Twin Home Birth After Cesarean

Watch at this family conquers a twin VBAC at home. Momma attempted a homebirth for her first child and had to be transferred to the hospital. She did dilate to 10cm with him but was unable to push him out due to him be 8 pounds and occiput posterior(sunny side up or facing her stomach instead of her back). This birth ended with a cesarean section. She wanted to redeem herself. On our first visit, we found not one baby but 2. Both has their own amniotic sac and placenta. DI-DI TWINS. Mom looked at me and said, “So what are we gonna do?” I said, let’s get ready to have some babies. She’s had a beautiful pregnancy. Both boys were head down and both were gaining weight beautifully. So we waited. 38 weeks, she called me and said there’s a lot of action over here. Here is some of her birth journey. Baby A born @ 6pm. Baby B born at 11:22p. Congratulations family!!!
