Police beat this African-American almost to death during an arrest. Le’Keian Woods, who faces prior convictions, tried to escape when he was violently caught by officers in Florida. The suspect, who appeared to resist arrest even after being shocked with a stun gun, has already been accused of multiple crimes, including murder and drug trafficking. While the use of violence is allowed in arrest, no limits are set. This video, taken by a pedestrian at the scene, drew national attention to this case.
