It’s often forgotten how hard Hiccup’s upbringing was because of how “well“ he ended out but for the first 15 years of his life he experienced nothing but alienation, a distant father & peers who treated him like a freak. It’s one of the aspects that made the first movie so impactful. I made this edit in an attempt to showcase the hardships he went through during his childhood.
