Joint bilateral exercise of Russian and Tajikistan armed forces starts in Tajikistan The opening ceremony of the exercise took place at the Kharb-Maydon mountain-desert training ground in Khatlon region of Tajikistan. The joint bilateral exercise takes place from April 15 to April 18, 2024. The event traditionally began with the general formation of military personnel. The national anthems of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan were performed by military bands, and the national flags of the two countries were solemnly raised. The participants of the exercise marched in a single formation on the parade ground of the field camp.
