Slow Embroidery KOGIN ゆっくりとこぎん刺ししませんか

Kogin-sashi is a traditional embroidery in the Tsugaru region of Aomori prefecture, Japan. It seems that the beginning was embroidered on linen work clothes for both durability and heat retention. The cloth eyes are regularly embroidered by counting odd numbers. It’s shocking to think that the nameless people carefully embroidered each stitch for their families to create simple and beautiful patterns.
