10 Year Pole Dance Progress - Basic Spin to Deadlift

‘I only see my goals, I don’t believe in failure. Cause I know the smallest voices, they can make it major.’ I can’t agree more with these lyrics! Before I started pole dancing, I had zero upper body strength. I was so weak as a child I couldn’t even climb monkey bars. It was not until I joined a new gym in 2013 that I started pole dancing and it has since changed my life. Whatever your goals are, don’t give up! I know this sounds cliche but as long as you have faith in yourself, and keep working towards your goal, you will get there one day!❤️💪🏻 What are your goals?
