Osaka is one of my favorite cities. This time, I stayed there for the first time in 10 years. AYUMU is an OG in Japan’s fixed gear scene and homie. He has organized trick competitions several times. His riding style is unique, focusing on wheelies and foot plants, which actually resemble my own riding style in some ways. This time, we did a shoot in the streets of Osaka. In recent years, Osaka has become increasingly touristy, attracting many visitors from overseas. What I wanted to express was the somewhat dangerous atmosphere of the good old days, when I used to frequent the city. I not only love cycling but also graffiti, so I love the streets of Osaka.
