’Two Clowns’ Pass Out Drunk on Beach, Lose Their Kids: Florida Sheriff

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said Alyssia Langley and Timothy Stephens allegedly passed out drunk and let their young kids wander off. Langley, their biological mother, and Stephens, who “assumed a legal guardian role” to the kids, had various cans and bottles of alcohol surrounding them during their slumber, the police report said.
