5)-One leg recovery EXERCISE This exercise will help you to be able to gain feeling of your edges and help you to be more efficient on your weight transfer as you skate. 1-get you your skating position 2-Keep only recovery leg one wheel on the ground and start moving putting all your stress on the skate that is holding your weight. 3-The skate that is pushing is going to be driven like a snake with your three points which are your shoulder you hip and your heel. Make sure you are hiding you r skating position your head is steady and your shoulders are parallel to the floor. Your recovery leg is also doing a snake motion with only one wheel on the ground.
