Fallout 2 - Frank Horrigan - All Scenes With Voice

Frank Horrigan is the Enclave Super Soldier and final boss of Fallout 2, voiced at the end by Michael Dorn. Except, we see Horrigan throughout the game in in-game cutscenes, where the dialogue is done entirely through text. I went through the original scenes and added voices using generative AI.
