Fleet of UFOs hovering above the ocean. Rosarito, Mexico.

Witness description: “Driving home from work from San Diego to my home in Northern Baja, I was distracted by very bright lights off the coast. At first glance, the lights appeared to be lights found on deep sea oil rigs but, realizing that there are no oil rigs where I live. I stopped immediately on the side of the toll road and started filming. At first there were 4 bright lights in a triangle formation that eventually disappeared. There was another set of 4 lights, then another after that. When The sets of lights disappeared, individual lights appeared one by one and formed a straight line. At peak, there were 10 lights lined up hovering over the ocean. There was not any visible boats, airplanes or helicopters that could have assisted in the appearance of the lights. The objects seemed to be about 3-4 miles out in the ocean and from my vantage point about 1-2 above the ocean. Considering the distance, I would say the lights were huge and could have been the size of a 2-story house. After about 11 and a half minutes of filming this from my camera, I actually had to stop because my battery was dying, and I was, to be honest, exhausted from work couldn’t continue. I had the awesome event caught on camera and I felt it was plenty to share with the world. Driving home I could still see them as the toll road continues along the beautiful coastline for miles, where they eventually disappeared into the black ocean night.“ Source: mufon Filmed in Rosarito, Mexico. 4/12/2018, 9:15 pm.
