Kyiv Kills 117 Russian Troops l Putin Hits Kramatorsk & Slovyansk l IAEA Team Heads To Zaporizhzhia
Ukraine’s Operational Command South claims that it killed 117 Russian troops in its offensive in the southern region on August 30. Ukrainian forces said it conducted over 220 strikes using rockets and artillery against Russian targets in the south. Ukraine said that it has destroyed two bridges in Antonivsky, that has severely impacted Russian supply lines. Ukraine’s presidential adviser, Oleksiy Arestovych, has told Ukrainians not to expect rapid gains in the Kherson counter-offensive. Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of targeting the route of the IAEA mission in Zaporizhzhia. EU member states are considering to restrict travel of Russians in the bloc following the invasion of Ukraine.
