Bio By She Rox All Female Bands:Rotterdam,Netherlands based Riplets began in 1998, their catchy upbeat mix of pop and hard rock has been compared to such heavy weight bands such as The Donnas and Sahara Hotnights, Touring in Europe and America only gained the band a stronger cult following, but the band is most known for their remake of the one hit wonder, Toni’s Basil’s “Mickey“, and even with the switching of two keyboardists, Alice Bron and Nathalie van Zundert by 2005 the band became a trio, original guitarist Allison Nuijen would be replaced by Bad Candy guitarist Ryann Van Dorst in 2004 and would be the final guitarist until the band ended in 2008, and with four albums to their legacy the Riplets disbanded in 2008 to pursue solo goals.
