In this video I will show you a different type of roof leak which many home owners are unaware of until it is too late. If you see a dark stain like area under your home’s eaves or anything like it, unfortunately, you have a roof leak. The transition from wood Ship Lap to plywood sheathing is where the problem lies. If your home has been painted you will not be able to see these type of stucco stains. This is another reason why you should not paint your stucco.
