This is Part 2 of a 3 Part seiries where I make Elsa’s Winter Ensemble from The Disney short “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure“! This cape really intimidated me at first, I genuinely didn’t know what fabric to use or how to make the designs on the back of it! It seemed so simple yet so intricate and that’s always a dangerous combination! Ultimately I chose Organza fabric and silver glitter glue to create the effect, and it was a smashing success!
