INGREDIENTS:
beetroot - 1 pc.
apple - 0.5 pcs.
allspice - 1/3 tsp
bay leaf - 2 pcs.
garlic - 1 clove
ginger - 0.5 tbsp
natural vinegar - 1-2 tbsp.
salt - 1/3 tsp
water - 0.7 l
COOKING METHOD:
Dice the beetroot and apple, add chopped bay leaves, garlic, ginger, allspice, salt and vinegar. Mix everything well and put in a liter jar. Pour room temperature water, put a lid on a jar and leave in a dark place. Mix the mass with a wooden spoon several times a day. In 2-3 days fragrant kvass will be ready!
