Various shots of palm trees and sea being battered by wind. Various shots of streets - traffic lights are blown down, cars trying to move through windswept streets and people run to hide in shelters. Night shots fire in furniture factory, flames are fanned by hurricane. Various shots of streets next day, showing aftermath of storm: people pick through the wreckage of their homes, fallen palm trees litter the streets. Note: shot description in old records are different to item transferred - “OKINAWA 1945 US Jeep and motor vehicles axle deep in mud.
