[2023] Artur Beterbiev Training Motivation (Workout)

Knockouts sell the best. That’s why, for promotional purposes, we are often reminded of a boxer’s incredible statistics – he’s got 19 knockouts in 19 fights. So, let’s shift our focus to the stylistic peculiarities of the knockout artist. Artur can build a fight plan in various ways. He doesn’t always prepare his attacks in a traditional punching manner, and he doesn’t necessarily probe the opponent’s defense with his lead hand. But his style is far from purely “slugger.“ Judge by yourself: his underappreciated footwork, the systematic cutting off of escape routes (or leaving an open corridor for the opponent to retreat), a strong arsenal of punches, lightning-fast decision-making (especially in changing levels, working at mid-range/close quarters). This is a grandmaster level of boxing. Beterbiev prefers to play “speed chess.“ Presenting the boxing skills of Artur Beterbiev.
