UK has a “historic obligation” to recognising Palestine

Liberal Democrat MP Layla Moran says the UK must recognise a Palestinian state immediately and without pre-condition, otherwise it continues to fail its historic duty outlined in the 1917 Balfour Declaration that helped establish Israel.
