How to speak Papiamentu The problem with Curacao is that locals can understand a lot of different to be exact. So it can make anyone a bit lazy. Being lazy has never helped anyone, so here are some basic Papiamentu words and phrases to know. Papiamentu or Papiamento is also spoken in Aruba and Bonaire.
