Heart-stopping highlights of Shenzhou-13 crew’s EVA spacewalk

A recap of some of the most wonderful moments of the Shenzhou-13 crew’s first EVA on Nov 07, 2021. The Spacewalk was a complete success and met all its objectives. Taikonaut Wang Yaping became the first Chinese female astronaut to conduct spacewalk! And that’s the first Shenzhou-13 EVA (CSS EVA-3) in the books. Wang Yaping and Zhai Zhigang are back in the hutch after a about 6.5 hour spacewalk. This was Taikonaut Zhai Zhigang’s second spacewalk after 13 years, and Wang Yaping the first Chinese woman to exit spacecraft. According to China Manned Space Engineering Office: Shenzhou13 Taikonauts conducted extravehicular activities early this morning for the 1st time since they entered the space station core module Tianhe on October 16.
