Buffalo Chicken Rangoons
Here’s an easy to prepare meal that’s sure to be a hit for any party or gathering 🔥
Ingredients used:
Crispy wontons:
- Leftover roast chicken, shredded
- Arla natural cream cheese
- Buffalo sauce (optional, you can also use any hot sauce of your choice)
- Spring onions, sliced
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Wonton wrappers
Ranch sauce:
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Dill
- Spring onions, sliced
- Garlic, grated
- Lemon squeeezed
- salt & pepper to taste
Step 1: mix together your filling by combining you chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, spring onions, Worcestershire sauce and Garlic powder.
Step 2: Fill your wonton wrappers by using about a teaspoon of your mixture. Pinch the four edges together sealed with a cornstarch slurry.
Step 3: Fry your rangoons in hot oil (around 165C) or until golden brown and crispy! Serve with your sauce of choice (here I used ranch
