OVER 12LB OF BARBEQUE? Today we attempt a massive bbq platter challenge. Brisket, Ribs, sausage, chicken, pulled pork, turkey, all the best smoked meats and delicious southern cuisine sides! Today we are in Prescott Arizona at State 48 BBQ to take on their Grand canyon BBQ challenge x 2! Yes, the restaurant wanted me to double the challenge and set the bar high (as if eating 6lbs of food isn’t enough)! Today we had 60 minutes in order to get the $200 bbq meal for free! I had to pick 3 sides to go along with the challenge, but otherswise the challenge featured all their delicious bbq meats cooked in a texas style bbq fashion, with salt pepper, and a delicious heacy smoke. They also made all their signature bbq sauces which were amazing! Can we beat the biggest bbq challenge in arizona? or will this giant man vs food challenge beat us?
