Leonard Cohen’s Nightingale

The lyrics are definitely Cohen’s and the music apparently is a collaboration with Anjani. I think Cohen’s lyrics are the meat and potatoes of his songs. That’s my subjective opinion. Anjani’s voice is hauntingly beautiful. This is an example of how “less is more.“ I prefer this slower version to another version that (includes Cohen’s voice) which is also posted at YouTube.
