Robotic Palletizer Uses FANUC Robot & PalletTool Turbo for Rice Bales - Integrated Solutions

Rice bale palletizing: FANUC America Authorized System Integrator Integrated Solutions develops, implements and supports robotic solutions to complex material handling challenges for customers in a variety of industries. The system seen here from Integrated Solutions uses a FANUC M-410iC/185 palletizing robot with FANUC’s PalletTool Turbo software to pick a variety of different sized rice bales from two different conveyors. Each rice bale is placed in one of ten individually assigned pack patterns on designated pallet stations. This process is overseen by an operator through a customized HMI interface. Integrated Solutions was able to accomplish incredibly smooth transition between the picking and placing processes by using a custom end of arm tool along with some additional customizations to FANUC’s highly flexible PalletTool Turbo software.
