How to Import an HTML Email Template to Brevo

Email builder: Article: Hi there, and welcome to the Postcards app. During this tutorial video, I will show you how simple it is to import your email templates into your Brevo account. So without further ado, let’s dive right in. I’ll open up the newsletter that I’ve been working on. In this case, we’ll choose the first option here, which I’ll open by double-clicking. Now, once I have customized this newsletter to fit my needs and am ready to import it, I will mouse over to the top right where it says “export“ and click that option. Then, in the dropdown menu, I will click on “integrations.“ Doing so will open a pop-up window displaying all of the different one-click integrations available. For this tutorial video, we will proceed with Brevo. I’ll click on Brevo, which will open up a new pop-up window asking for my API key from my Brevo account. The words “API key“ here are actually a hyperlink, and by clicking on them, it will open up our Brevo account and automatically navigate to the API section within our account. Now, once we’re here, since I don’t have an API key yet, I will click on “generate a new API key“ at the top right. I will name it “Postcards API“ and then click on “generate.“ This action will create the API key for us. I can then click on the “copy“ button to copy that API key. Following this, we will navigate back to the Postcards app, click inside the API key section, and paste in the API key that was just generated from our Brevo account. Beneath that, there’s an optional field for the integration name. I will leave mine blank for now and click on “connect.“ Upon connecting our Brevo account, we can see that our template has been successfully imported. To double-check this, we can click on the hyperlink for the Brevo templates page, which will direct us to our templates, where we can see the one we just imported. By clicking on “preview,“ we can see that it looks identical to the newsletter we designed inside our Postcards app. And that’s just how simple it is to import your email templates into your Brevo account with our one-click integration solution.
